Ingredients

  • 2 bunch String beans cut into 2-inch long
  • ½ cup Pork thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Onion big size, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • ¾ cup Water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onions. Then, add the pork and black pepper. Stir well for 5 minutes.
  • Add the string beans and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the vinegar and water. Cover the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot!
