Wash anchovy, soak in ¼ cup vinegar for 5 minutes.
Peel the ginger and onion, slice into small pieces.
Lightly chop the red chili and green chilies.
Remove the heads and bones of anchovy (dilis).
Take a small bowl, place the clean anchovies together with ginger, onion, salt, crushed pepper, calamansi, cayenne pepper, green chilies, and the remaining ¼ vinegar.
Mix well and serve.
