This is a popular way of Filipino where raw food is cooked in vinegar. This dish makes use of thinly sliced radish and onion.

- 1 lb Radish sliced thinly into strips
- ½ cup Ground Pork
- 1 pc Onion minced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper crushed
- ½ tablespoon Salt
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 2 ½ cups Water
Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and put the radish. Simmer for 5 mins.
Filter the radish and let it cool. Then, slightly squeeze it using a clean cloth.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and onion. Mix well.
Now, add the ground pork, mix and pour in ½ cup of water. Then sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Cook for 15 mins.
Put the radish, mix and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour vinegar and cover again. Cook for another 10 mins.
Mix well and serve hot.
