5clovesGarliccrushed
½cupWhite vinegar
1cupWater
1pcEggplantchopped
1pcAmpalayachopped
2pcsLong green chilies

Salt to taste
Instructions
In the pot, put and arrange ginger, garlic, long green chilies, cracked black pepper and eggplant.
Arrange milkfish slices on top.
