Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken cut into serving pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Onion diced
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Pineapple chunks canned
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Fresh milk or evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion.
  • Then, add the chicken. Put the black pepper and fish sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the pineapple juice and pineapple chunks. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the chicken is tender or half of the liquid evaporated.
  • Pour the fresh milk and cornstarch. Stir and cook for another minute.
  • Serve while hot and enjoy!
