½cupPineapple juice
½cupFresh milk or evaporated milk

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion.
Then, add the chicken. Put the black pepper and fish sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the pineapple juice and pineapple chunks. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the chicken is tender or half of the liquid evaporated.
Pour the fresh milk and cornstarch. Stir and cook for another minute.
