Heat oil in a pot.
Once the oil is hot, saute garlic until brown. Then add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Put maize kernels and crabmeat flaked into the new recipe mixture. Wait until slightly cooked.
Season with salt and pepper, pour in the cup of water, a cup of poulet and a cup of pork stock, and melted maize starch. Stir well.
Close the lead and wait until it boils. After it boils,
Break the egg into the pot and, with a fork, stir it until dispersed. Continue to cook for 1 minute to set.
Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions.
Serve while hot!
