Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat flaked
  • 1 can of Maize Kernels
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Pork stock
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoon Maize Starch melted in a cup with the right amount of water
  • 5 pcs Spring onions chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pot.
  • Once the oil is hot, saute garlic until brown. Then add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Put maize kernels and crabmeat flaked into the new recipe mixture. Wait until slightly cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper, pour in the cup of water, a cup of poulet and a cup of pork stock, and melted maize starch. Stir well.
  • Close the lead and wait until it boils. After it boils,
  • Break the egg into the pot and, with a fork, stir it until dispersed.  Continue to cook for 1 minute to set.
  • Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions.
  • Serve while hot!
