- 4 pcs Eggplants
- 4 pcs Tomatoes cubed
- 1 large Onion cubed
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 cups Water
Boil the eggplant in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes.
Peel the eggplant, take a bowl and slice the eggplant about 2 inches in size.
Slice the onion cubed also the tomatoes.
Put everything in a bowl, take 1/4 vinegar, add salt, sugar and crushed pepper, mix until salt and sugar dissolve.
Pour the vinegar into the eggplant and mix it slowly.
