Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Eggplants
  • 4 pcs Tomatoes cubed
  • 1 large Onion cubed
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions

  • Boil the eggplant in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes.
  • Peel the eggplant, take a bowl and slice the eggplant about 2 inches in size.
  • Slice the onion cubed also the tomatoes.
  • Put everything in a bowl, take 1/4 vinegar, add salt, sugar and crushed pepper, mix until salt and sugar dissolve.
  • Pour the vinegar into the eggplant and mix it slowly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
