Superb Sayote Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chayote cut into strips
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
  • Saute garlic until it turns brown. Then add the onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Put-in ground pork then season with salt and pepper. Stir well until the pork are cook.
  • Pour 1 cup of water then cover the pan and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chayote and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot!
