Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cabbage chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 pc Carrot cut into small strips
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a cooking pan.
  • Saute garlic until it turns brown. Add onion and ground pork. Then stir and cook until the meat gets brown.
  • Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Pour-in water and bring to a boil.
  • Put-in carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add the cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot! Enjoy.
