Superb Ginisang Repolyo Recipe

- 1 lb Cabbage chopped
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 pc Carrot cut into small strips
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 1/2 cup Ground pork
- 1/2 cup Water
Heat oil in a cooking pan.
Saute garlic until it turns brown. Add onion and ground pork. Then stir and cook until the meat gets brown.
Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Pour-in water and bring to a boil.
Put-in carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve while hot! Enjoy.
