Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken cut into serving size
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 pc Mushroom Botton cut into small pieces
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated or Fresh Milk
  • 1 pc Green Bell Pepper cut into strips
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch melted with water

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Put the onions and chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add salt, black pepper and chicken broth and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Then toss-in red and green bell pepper, mushroom, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour-in the diluted cornstarch and stir for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot. Enjoy!
