  • 15 pcs String Beans cut into 3-inch
  • 1 lb Pork cut into strips
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt taste
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil


  • Heat oil in a cooking pan. Saute garlic and onion until golden brown.
  • Add the pork, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour-in water and boil for 10 minutes or until the pork is tender.
  • Add the string beans and cook while covered for about 10 minutes.
  • Put the coconut milk and bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
