Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Meat cut into strips
  • 1 lb White Beans cooked
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Sugar light brown
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pc Onion diced

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a cooking pot.
  • Add onions and garlic. Cook until softened and golden brown.
  • Then put-in the pork, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in water and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Note: lower the heat when it's boiling already.
  • Add tomato sauce and cooked white beans. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Then put-in the sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot! Enjoy.
