Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork liver cut into strips
  • 1 lb Pork meat cut into strips
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 pc Onion cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 pcs Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger julienned
  • 1 pc Carrot cut into strips
  • 1 pc Potato cut into strips
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a cooking pan.
  • Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
  • Then add the pork, cook until brown.
  • Put-in black pepper, fish sauce and water. Cover and then cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Add the carrots and potatoes. Cook while covered for about 5 minutes.
  • Then put the pork liver and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour-in tomato sauce and simmer again for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer into a serving plate. Enjoy!
