Ingredients

  • 1 lb Baguio beans sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup Ground pork
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic until brown, then add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the ground pork and cook for another 3 minutes or until the pork turns brown.
  • Then, season with salt and pepper. Pour-in chicken stock and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add the baguio beans and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot! Enjoy.
