Best Ginisang Baguio Beans Recipe
- 1 lb Baguio beans sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup Ground pork
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic until brown, then add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the ground pork and cook for another 3 minutes or until the pork turns brown.
Then, season with salt and pepper. Pour-in chicken stock and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the baguio beans and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve while hot! Enjoy.
