Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salay-salay
  • 5 pcs Tomatoes julienned
  • 1 pc Onion julienned
  • 1 thumb Ginger cut into strips
  • 3 pcs Long green chilies
  • 2 cups Water
  • cup Calamansi extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil

Instructions

  • In a cooking pan, arrange the Salay-salay.
  • Put-in tomatoes, onion, ginger, green chilies, and calamansi extract.
  • Then pour the water and cooking oil, and season with salt. Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Serve while hot with warm rice.
