Best Pangat na Salay-Salay sa Calamansi

- 1 lb Salay-salay
- 5 pcs Tomatoes julienned
- 1 pc Onion julienned
- 1 thumb Ginger cut into strips
- 3 pcs Long green chilies
- 2 cups Water
- ⅓ cup Calamansi extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
In a cooking pan, arrange the Salay-salay.
Put-in tomatoes, onion, ginger, green chilies, and calamansi extract.
Then pour the water and cooking oil, and season with salt. Cook for 25 minutes.
Serve while hot with warm rice.
