Best Crispy Spinach Recipe
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 pc Egg
- 1 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cup Cooking oil
Prepare the spinach leaves. Clean and wash with water then let it dry.
In a bowl, combine flour, egg, salt, chili powder, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
Then heat cooking oil in a pan.
Dip the washed spinach leaves in the flour mixture then fry in the pan. Cook until light brown.
Transfer into a serving plate. Share and enjoy!
