Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cup Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the spinach leaves. Clean and wash with water then let it dry.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, egg, salt, chili powder, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
  • Then heat cooking oil in a pan.
  • Dip the washed spinach leaves in the flour mixture then fry in the pan. Cook until light brown.
  • Transfer into a serving plate. Share and enjoy!
