- 1 whole Dressed duck cut into serving pieces
- 1 whole Garlic crushed
- 1 pc Bay leaf
- ½ tablespoon Ground black pepper
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¾ cup Vinegar
- 5 cups Water
- 1 cup Cooking oil
In a pot, heat cooking oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Add in the duck and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and cook for 60 minutes.
Serve while hot!
