Best Asian Beef with Mushroom Recipe
The flavors of Asia in one sauce combined with stir-fried beef and mushroom. Perfect dish for a special meal.

- 1 lb Beef Sirloin thinly sliced and cut into serving pieces
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Oyster sauce
- 1 cup Mushroom sliced thinly
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 6 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch melted
Heat oil in a cooking pot.
Saute garlic and onion for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Then add the beef, season it with soy sauce and black pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in 3 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes.
Add the remaining cups of water and simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Wait until meat is tender. Add water if necessary.
Then pour-in the oyster sauce and mushroom. Add the diluted cornstarch into the pot while gently stirring.
Transfer onto a serving plate. Eat while hot!
