Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Pork Chop
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper crushed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 pcs Calamansi squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 1 ½ cups Chinese Bread Crumbs
  • 1 pc Chicken Egg scrambled
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Smash the pork chop one at a time until slightly thickened, place in a bowl.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and calamansi. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Prepare eggs and bread crumbs into two separate bowl
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the pork chop into the scrambled eggs, and then roll it onto the bread crumbs. Fry the pork chop until golden brown over low heat.
  • Place the cooked pork chop onto a serving plate.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
