Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli slaw
  • ½ cup Red onion cut into shreds
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley fresh

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli slaw with warm water, then drain. Transfer to a bowl, then add the onion, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  • Top it with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
