Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli slaw
- ½ cup Red onion cut into shreds
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Parsley fresh
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli slaw with warm water, then drain. Transfer to a bowl, then add the onion, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
- Top it with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
