Best Bulanglang na Isda Recipe
A traditional soup in the Philippines made of various vegetables and partnered with fried milk. A savory and healthy dish to serve in your next meal.

- 1 pc Bangus (Milkfish) sliced, fried
- 3 pcs String Beans sliced
- 1 slice Squash small size
- 3 pcs Okra (Lady's finger) sliced
- 1 bunch Malunggay leaves
- 1 pc Onion diced
- ΒΌ cup Bagoong alamang (Fish paste)
- 2 pcs Tomatoes sliced
- 3 cups Water
- 1 pc Eggplant sliced
Debone the fried fish. Set aside.
In a pot, boil 3 cups of water with onion, tomatoes, fish paste and deboned fried fish. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the squash and cook for another 10 minutes.
Then add the stringbeans, okra, eggplant, and malunggay leaves. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve while hot!
