Best Burger Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1 stem Celery diced
  • 1 pc Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ tablespoon Salt to taste
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Mushroom Button sliced
  • 1 cup Cooking oil
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Nestle Cream
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions

Patties

  • In a bowl, put ground beef then sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  • Add the breadcrumbs, celery, onions, and egg. Mix thoroughly then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Then divide the mixture into individual serving pieces and create a burger patty with each piece.
    Note: Roll the mixture into balls and flatten them on an even surface.
  • Heat a frying pan and put-in the patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until patties are cooked. Set aside.

Gravy

  • Remove the oil from the pan and melt-in the butter. Put the flour and stir well while pouring water on the pan. Let it boil.
  • Then add the beef broth, mushroom, black pepper and salt. Let it boil. Set aside.
  • Prepare the burger patties and pour on top the sauce mixture.
  • Serve while hot!
