Instructions
Patties
In a bowl, put ground beef then sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Add the breadcrumbs, celery, onions, and egg. Mix thoroughly then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Then divide the mixture into individual serving pieces and create a burger patty with each piece.Note: Roll the mixture into balls and flatten them on an even surface.
Heat a frying pan and put-in the patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until patties are cooked. Set aside.
Gravy
Remove the oil from the pan and melt-in the butter. Put the flour and stir well while pouring water on the pan. Let it boil.
Then add the beef broth, mushroom, black pepper and salt. Let it boil. Set aside.
Prepare the burger patties and pour on top the sauce mixture.
