Preheat over to 500 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 round pieces.
On a lightly floured surface, roll one round dough for about ¼" thick flat round dough.
Then add filling in the middle of the dough. To the same procedure for the remaining ingredients.
Gently fold the dough into half; pinch together then crimp edges all around. Do the same procedure with the remaining dough.
Transfer to a baking tray. Crack the egg in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon water, then beat it.
Brush the tops of calzone with beaten egg, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with pizza sauce and enjoy!
