Ingredients

  • 1 lb Glutinous powder
  • 2 pcs Saba banana sliced into half
  • 2 pcs Sweet potatoes small, cubed
  • 1 pc Taro large, cubed
  • 1 pc Cassava cubed
  • 2 cups Tapioca pearl
  • ½ cup Jackfruit cubed
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions

  • In a casserole, boil water and coconut milk, then stir well.
  • While boiling, add the cassava and glutinous rice balls.
  • Then put-in taro, banana, jackfruit and tapioca pearls. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour-in 1 cup of water and coconut milk, then add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Next, add the sweet potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then pour-in the melted cornstarch and stir well for atleast 3 minutes.
  • Serve while hot! Share and enjoy.

Glutinous rice balls

  • In a small bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and water into a stiff but pliable dough. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour and if too crumbly, add a little bit more water. Using the palms of hands, form about 1 teaspoon of dough into smooth balls. Cover prepared balls with cloth until ready to use.
