Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bean sprout
  • 4 pcs Tofu cut into 12 slices per 1 piece
  • 1 pc Carrot julienned
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Onion minced
  • ½ cup Shrimp shelled
  • 1 cup Shrimp stock
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Oil

Instructions

  • Fry the tofu until color turns golden brown then set aside. 
  • Remove some oil from the pan then saute garlic until brown.
  • Add the onion and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour-in the shrimp stock. Add the fried tofu and carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the bean sprouts then cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot! Enjoy.
