Ingredients
- 1 lb Bean sprout
- 4 pcs Tofu cut into 12 slices per 1 piece
- 1 pc Carrot julienned
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 pc Onion minced
- ½ cup Shrimp shelled
- 1 cup Shrimp stock
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Oil
Instructions
- Fry the tofu until color turns golden brown then set aside.
- Remove some oil from the pan then saute garlic until brown.
- Add the onion and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes.
