Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef loin thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Pear
  • ½ cup Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • ¼ cup Spring onion
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ cup Brown sugar

Side

  • ¼ kg Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced
  • ¼ kg Cabbage chopped

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix the garlic, pear, onion, spring onion, soy sauce, ground black pepper, and brown sugar. Blend for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, put the sliced beef in a bowl and season it with the mixture. Mix well.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, heat the grill pan and grill both sides of the sliced beef for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables and enjoy!
