Best Minatamis Na Saging Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 pcs Saba banana riped and peeled
  • 2 cups Sugar segunda
  • 1 pc Pandan leaf sliced into 4 pieces.
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions

  • In a pot, pour water and add pandan leaf, bring to boil. When it's boiling already, add the peeled bananas, cover, and boil for another 5 minutes over low heat.
  • After 5 minutes, add sugar, cover, and boil for 10 minutes over low heat or until sauce is already sticky.
  • After 10 minutes, serve in a bowl and enjoy!
