Instructions
In a cooking pan, arrange the Salay-salay.
Put-in tomatoes, onion, ginger, green chilies, and calamansi extract.
Then pour the water and cooking oil, and season with salt. Cook for 25 minutes.
Serve while hot with warm rice.
