Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mudfish fresh, live
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cracked black pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 ½ cup Vinegar
  • 2 cups Cooking oil

Instructions

  • In a cooking pan, cook garlic, vinegar and salt for 3-5 minutes.
  • Put-in the mudfish and cover the pan immediately. Hold the cover tightly and wait until the mudfish is not moving at all. Then cook for another 15 minutes.
    Note: wait for the fish to get dry.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Once the oil is hot, fry the mudfish until brown.
  • Serve while hot! Enjoy.
