- 1 lb Mudfish fresh, live
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cracked black pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 ½ cup Vinegar
- 2 cups Cooking oil
- In a cooking pan, cook garlic, vinegar and salt for 3-5 minutes.
- Put-in the mudfish and cover the pan immediately. Hold the cover tightly and wait until the mudfish is not moving at all. Then cook for another 15 minutes.Note: wait for the fish to get dry.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Once the oil is hot, fry the mudfish until brown.
- Serve while hot! Enjoy.
