Best Pinaputok Na Tilapia Recipe
Pinaputok is a Filipino word that means to explode. This dish is amazingly stuffed with tomatoes, onion, and ginger.

- 4 pcs Tilapia cleaned and belly sliced
- 4 pcs Tomatoes big. 2 pcs cut into cubes/2 pcs cut into rounds
- 2 pcs Onion 1 pc cut into rounds/1 pc cut into cubes
- 2 thumbs Ginger 1 thumb sliced thinly/1 thumb cut into small cubes
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
Stuff the 2 pcs cubes of tomato, onion, and ginger into 4 tilapia bellies.
Place tilapia onto aluminum foil and top each tilapia with the remaining tomato, onion, and ginger.
Make sure to rub the tilapia fish with salt and ground black pepper.
Wrap the tilapia in an aluminum foil. Make sure that everything is covered.
Transfer all tilapia onto the baking tray.
Heat oven for 170 degrees F.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove tilapia from the oven.
