Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin cut into strips
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger cut into strips
  • 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 cup Snow peas (Chicharo)
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 2 pcs White onion cut into strips

Instructions

  • Arrange pork in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, pepper, garlic and ginger. Mix well.
  • Add cornstarch and soy sauce. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil gets hot, cook chicharo, bell peppe and onion for 5 minutes. Then transfer in a plate. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, add more cooking oil and stir-fry the pork for 10 minutes or until crispy brown.
  • Then, transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
