¼cupMilkpowdered
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGround black pepper
½cupFlour

1cupBread crumbs

Instructions
In a bowl, mix mashed potato, butter, milk, salt, ground black pepper, flour, and 1 pc egg. Mix well.
Prepare bread crumbs and beaten egg into a separate bowl.
Shape potato mixture into egg-sized rounds.
Dip each potato round into the egg then roll it onto the bread crumbs.
After all potato rounds are breaded already, heat oil in a skillet.
