Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork meat
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 pc Carrot cut into strips
  • 1 pc White Onion cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch melted
  • 1 pc Green Bell Pepper cut into strips
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil
  • ½ cup Water

Main

  • In a bowl, combine and mix pork, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, scramble the eggs with an egg beater then set aside. Get another bowl or flat plate and pour-in the flour. Set aside.
  • Then, heat oil in a pan. Fry the pork one by one and dip into the egg and roll in the flour.
  • In the same pan, fry the coated pork until golden brown. Set aside.

Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • In a pan, combine water, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and the remaining salt and pepper. Mix well before heating the pan.
  • Then, cover the pan and bring to boil. Lower the heat when it's boiling already.
  • Toss in the carrots, bell pepper, and onions. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in the diluted cornstarch and mix continuously until the sauce gets thick.
  • Add the fried pork on the pan over low heat and mix well.
  • Transfer onto a serving plate. Enjoy!
