Instructions
In a bowl, combine the chicken, salt, black pepper and calamansi extract. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Get a plate and put-in the breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken in flour then dip in beaten egg. Roll over breadcrumbs until coated.
Heat oil in a cooking pot.
Deep fry the nuggets over medium heat until the color turns golden brown.
