Heat oil in a cooking pan.
Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
Then add the pork, cook until brown.
Put-in black pepper, fish sauce and water. Cover and then cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the carrots and potatoes. Cook while covered for about 5 minutes.
Then put the pork liver and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour-in tomato sauce and simmer again for another 5 minutes.
Transfer into a serving plate. Enjoy!
