- 1 lb Pork liver cut into strips
- 1 lb Pork meat cut into strips
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 pc Onion cubed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 pcs Tomatoes diced
- 1 tbsp Ginger julienned
- 1 pc Carrot cut into strips
- 1 pc Potato cut into strips

- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- Heat oil in a cooking pan.
- Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
