Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 big Onion cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 6 cups Water
  • ½ cup Celery slice into 2 inches

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Put the beef, ground black pepper, and soy sauce.
  • Mix well then pour in 4 cups of water.
  • Cover and simmer for 1 hour over medium heat.
  • Wait until the beef is tender, add water if necessary.
  • Put the sugar and celery.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
