Heat a pan, then put the pork ribs or shoulder, pour water into the pan. Cover and bring to boil.
While boiling, skim all the scum of the pork.
Add the salt, ground black pepper, and onion. Cover and cook for 45 to 60 minutes or until the pork is tender.
Then, put the banana and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the green beans, cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the cabbage and pechay. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Ladle soup and meat in a bowl. Serve with fish sauce and steamed rice and enjoy!
