2lbsPork shoulder

½tablespoonChili powder
½teaspoonPaprika powder
1teaspoonGarlic powder

Instructions
Put together in a bowl the ingredients. Sugar, Chile powder, Paprika, Garlic powder, Salt and Cayenne Pepper and mix it.

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
