    Equipment

    • Round baking pan

    Ingredients

    Dough

    • 1 cup Flour
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt
    • ½ cup Butter
    • 1 tablespoon Sugar
    • ¼ cup Water

    Filling

    • 2 pcs Eggs
    • 2 cups Sugar
    • ½ cup Butter
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
    • 3 tablespoon Flour
    • 1 cup Buttermilk

    Instructions

    Dough

    • In a bowl, combine flour, salt, butter, sugar, and water. Mix well to make a dough.
    • After making the dough, cover the bowl, and put it inside the refregirator.

    Filling

    • In a bowl, mix butter and sugar using an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
    • After 5 minutes, add egg and flour. Mix it again then add the buttermilk and vanilla.

    Baking

    • Brush the baking pan with a bit of oil, get the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it using a rolling pin.
    • Arrange the dough into the baking pan, then pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Bake it for 25 minutes or until top turned golden brown.
    • After 25 minutes, remove it from the oven, get a slice. Serve and enjoy!
