Ingredients
Dough
- 1 cup Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
Filling
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
Instructions
Dough
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, butter, sugar, and water. Mix well to make a dough.
- After making the dough, cover the bowl, and put it inside the refregirator.
Filling
- In a bowl, mix butter and sugar using an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add egg and flour. Mix it again then add the buttermilk and vanilla.
Baking
- Brush the baking pan with a bit of oil, get the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it using a rolling pin.
- Arrange the dough into the baking pan, then pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake it for 25 minutes or until top turned golden brown.
- After 25 minutes, remove it from the oven, get a slice. Serve and enjoy!
