Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Powdered milk
  • 1 slice Bread crushed
  • 2 pcs Banana smashed
  • ½ cup Evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water for caramel
  • 4 cups Water for streamer

Instructions

  • Put the brown sugar in the molder and 1 tablespoon of water, then combine it with a medium flame to caramelize the water and sugar, and apply the caramel to all parts of the molder.
  • Put in a bowl with shredded bread, Eggs, Powdered milk, Evaporated Milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon Powder and Banana and mix it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Put the water in the steamer and boil it, Take the mold with Caramel and add the Mixed Banana Pudding and put it in the steamer cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes remove the Pudding to Steamer and prune it until the dough is clean enough that the banana pudding is cooked.
