½cupMushroomsliced thinly
¼cupCream of mushroom
1tablespoonSour cream

Instructions
In a flat container, combine beef sirloin and flour. Then season with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
In another pan, melt the butter. Then fry the beef until brown. Set aside.
On the same, put the onions and mushroom, then cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
Then, add the fried beef and cream of mushroom. Simmer for 5 minutes.
