  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a flat container, combine beef sirloin and flour. Then season with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In another pan, melt the butter. Then fry the beef until brown. Set aside.
  • On the same, put the onions and mushroom, then cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
  • Then, add the fried beef and cream of mushroom. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour-in sour cream on the pan and stir well. Cook and bring it to a boil. Once it's boiling, turn off the heat.
  • Transfer in a serving plate. Eat and enjoy!
