Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Milk warm
  • 2 cups Water warm
  • 2 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix milk, water, and yeast. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, add salt and stir and slowly add the flour. After mixing well, set aside for another 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, heat a flat pan and put the rings on it.
  • Pour crumpet mixture in each ring and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. After 10 minutes, flip and cook the other side of the crumpet for 5 minutes until light brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
