In a bowl, mix milk, water, and yeast. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add salt and stir and slowly add the flour. After mixing well, set aside for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, heat a flat pan and put the rings on it.
Pour crumpet mixture in each ring and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. After 10 minutes, flip and cook the other side of the crumpet for 5 minutes until light brown.
