Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bok choy cleaned and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • ½ cup Ground pork
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a cooking pan. Once the oil is hot, saute garlic until brown.
  • Add the onion and ground pork. Season with black pepper and fish sauce. Stir well until the meat is cook.
  • Pour-in water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Then put the bok choy, cook for another 5 minutes while covered.
  • Serve while hot!
