Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the water and wrapper then mix thoroughly.
Wrap all the meat mixture in Molo wrapper.
Using a steamer, steam the wrapped siomai for 30-40 minutes. Note: The time depends on the size of each individual piece (larger size means more time of steaming).
Serve hot with soy sauce and calamansi or lemon dip. Enjoy!
