Boil 6 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and ½ teaspoon salt. Once boiling, add the macaroni, stirring for 5mins first. Simmer on low heat and cook for 25 mins.
Once the macaroni is cooked, strain it and add a little butter and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the garlic until brown, followed by onion. Mix well.
Put the ground pork in place. Mix well until the meat turns brown. Boil for 10 mins in a medium heat.
Add ½ cup of water. Boil and season with spaghetti sauce, catsup, ½ teaspoon pepper, salt and sugar. Boil it for 5 mins.
Slowly add the macaroni. Mix well. Strain and place in a wide container. Set aside.
Boil the cream, melt the butter, when it is dissolved lower the heat. Slowly add the flour while mixing, gradually add the water and Nestle cream.
Put the remaining salt and pepper, mixing well to prevent it from sticking.
Place half of the grated cheese well.
Pour over the macaroni, spread on top and spread the remaining cheese over the macaroni. Serve hot.
